Album launch for Bróna McVittie’s fourth solo album, Supernatural, inspired by her folklore anthology: A Way with the Fairies

Conjuring up the spirits of Samhain through songs inspired by stories from the 13th century to the present day. Bróna McVittie and friends invite you to cross the threshold between the everyday and the otherworldly, to enter a world of myth, magic and wonder. Supernatural isn’t just an album launch, it’s an immersive celebration of our cultural heritage, our treasured folklore and mythology.

Bróna McVittie’s spellbinding anthology A Way with the Fairies published earlier this year has inspired an entire LP of supernatural songs, drawing on our rich repository of Irish folklore with fables from other European countries interpreted with flavours of flamenco, Baltic fusion and Slavic strings. McVittie performs on vocals, electroharp and electronics with very special guests (to be announced) from continental Europe and beyond.

A celebration of two year’s work, this will be a very special one-off event. Don’t miss it!
